Matariki

Matariki is a special time year when the seven stars  visit us. On that day. Everyone go’s somewhere to celebrate the seven stars. What do you do on matariki  you go somewhere  and make a bonfire and then  you cook kumara and fish and sing some songs to remember your whanau who pasted away. The seven stars only come out in the middle of june. And what we do fire works face painting lots of stuff.

My weekend

On Tuesday me and my mum and my sister my baby brother went to do the washing in Glenn

Innes we were getting bored. Then my mum said we could play at the swing park. And I had to push my baby brother and then all of us got bored we went to the two dollar shop. And my baby brother cried for a magic egg  so we bought it. And it cost all of the money. And then we gave it to him. Then I got so sleepy I went back to the washing place and slept  on my mum on the chouch bed.
