How to be a great professional sports player?

Introduction

Introduction, the topic for today is sports,  I will be talking about how to be a professional sports player, basically I will be talking about how a professional sports player became one, not the training exactly. In order to become a professional sports player you must also adjust your daily routine.

Nutrition, In order to be a professional sports player you must require energy, energy comes from many things but one is nutrition.

Imagine you are a profession sports player, you play your best but you are feeling exhausted quickly. Your energy drains quickly and you can no longer play your best, Nutrition is important to a sports player, especially if you want to be a professional sports player.

Training,

Training can help you discover new skills you never knew you had, practising can also help you develop new skills/movement.

‘Practice makes perfect’ if you want to get better at something it’s important to practice otherwise you won’t succeed. Not everybody succeeds on their first attempt so of course it’s okay if you don’t get it at first.

Sleep routine,

Around the world there are early birds, owls, these refer to early wakers or late night sleepers. As a sports player you must orginaze your sleep schedule/Sleep routine. From lack of sleep you’ll develop eye bags or either feel grumpy which is not an attitude you need or should bring onto a sports field, you may also turn out to be sleep deprived and trust me on this, being sleep deprived can be a real pain.

Conclusion

You must work hard to achieve your goal

45 ➗ 9 =    5       64 ➗ 8 =  8             56 ➗ 7 = 8

35 ➗ 5 =   7          144 ➗ 12 = 12         27 ➗ 3 = 9
