Visual Mihi Term 1
For this DLO we had to First Draw things that are important to us on Hyperstudio , Next we had to Take a photo of ourself on Photo Booth , Then we had to Trace ourselves (ONLY OUR FACE) After that we put the whole Project (Art) Together! the Cross and Bible Represents Church and That my Family always Prays , The Book shelf and books Represents My love for reading because at times I read LOTS of books at home (Chapter books Not Picture Books) and the tongan Flag represents me and my family's culture , and the Word Friends and the sun Shows That my friends are important to me .

Adding & subbtracting Intergers
Today we were learning How to subbtract Intergers and we practised for a bit and me and my DMIC group learned how to do them and we also had to make posters of intergers and the rule of intrgers and subbtracting them .

Duffy assembly
Duffy Assembly
Yesterday on Thursday 20th of February Duffy came to our school to perfrom a play or put
on a show , We all went into the hall and their was a set up , as always and they sing songs and make shows about things , for example they were making a show about a mystical animal and how real it is . But this time they did a show about a animal mixed with 2 or 3 breed Half Cat Half chicken , The show was pretty entertaining if I do say so myself and of course their was singing and we all had to sing along . This show was pretty entertaining and I enjoyed it because it was funny at times and I liked the acting! The facial Exspressions , The Sounds , The acting and movements! . This show they did about the 2 breed animal was very cool and I enjoyed watching them prefrom a convincing Show , and what was even better was they had a book about the animal and it would be cool to read the book .

Lazy sneakers
On wendnesday 19th of february a Caring Bussiness called Lazy sneakers came to Point England school and gifted our school great Sneakers for the kids in Need and to help kids have other shoes , They came with over 100 sneakers for the kids here at Point England school whichfor kids here at Point England school to get great shoes which would be great because the shoes could be usefull like they could be used for sports if some kids didn't have fully covered or Sports shoes to run in , also children here at Point England school could gift them to other family/friends , I could tell kids did want the sneakers because I have been walking around the school seeing kids wearing the shoes and grabbing sneakers and trying them on! . This Caring Bussiness has helped a whole lot and now theirs a lot of kids running around the school looking after their Sneakers gifted from the wonderful Bussiness Lazy Sneakers! , our school is very grateful for such a lovely bussiness for gifting our school

My letter about Myself
Kia ora , My name is Valessa . I am a year 7 in room 5 (Miss IIaoa’s class)
I am full- tongan and I was raised in auckland . I am named after my cousin ,
my name is a french name . I have three siblings , my big brother’s name is Sione . He is twenty-three years old and Goes to university in the city , my sister hilary
the second oldest is thirteen years old and just started college this year , my little brother Aisea is the youngest out of all of us which makes me the third oldest out of my siblings . Aisea is 8 years old turning 9 soon and is a year 4 , I enjoy drawing ,Writting , and playing with friends . I am a very shy girl and I dont often Talk to people much and im not very confident when it comes to speaking in front of people . I am not confident when it comes to swimming and speaking in front of 10 or more , I like to work idependantly at some times and perrfer to work alone at times so I can concentrate . My favourite food to eat is sushi and salmon because It tastes just amazing ,my two hobbys I did when I was a little girl was Gymnastic , Ballet , and lastly . my favourite subject in school is probably writting because it lets me explore my imaginantion and have fun . When their are times where I dont really enjoy
things at school I try my best to find the bright side in it and I try just go
with it .

About me!
About me -
Kia ora! My name is Valessa , Welcome to my blog for 2020!
But first let me introduce myself for 2020 . My name is Valessa. I am a year 7 learner in Room 5 Intermediate at Point England school In Miss IIaoa’s class , I am 11 years old turning 12 in a few more months and I'm pretty excited for this year and a lot nervous at the same time . My hobbies I usually do are writing and reading, at times I read, at times I write for fun . I am a bit too quiet and I don't really like raising my voice. I'm a very shy girl who isn’t very confident at speaking in front of more than 10 people or more! My favourite colours are pink , black , and white! , I enjoy painting and colouring and drawing even if I may not be the best at it but it's something I enjoy doing (: I also like to eat sushi because I love salmon and rice with soy sauce. Also I like tuna sushi! I have 2 brothers, one older that's 23 years old and one younger that is 8 years old. I also have 1 sister that's 13 years old that just started college this year in 2020 .

can't thank him enough , he is really nice and just helps us all a lot and makes our days Great which helps us all a lot and he is a Great influence to us all and I love how supportive he is!
